I will be your sponsor and personal coach in the building of your business. You will also be offered different kinds of sales, marketing and training tools to help in building your business, for instance your own virtual office on the internet, a personal Oriflame homepage and a monthly consultant newsletter full of information, recognition and incentives.

Making it a career
Once you have reached the Manager level, you automatically become part of Oriflame's Independent Leadership. This is the first important step in the path to growing as a Leader, by embracing your new role, participating in your area and upline training and with the support of the company, it won't be long before you're qualifying for further levels yourself.Step 1: Oriflame Consultant
This is what you will be once you have registered with us and placed your first order. You will receive 30% to 35% commission on all orders over £125.00. You can place as many orders in the catalogue as you wish and the commission is paid on cumulative sales. If your first order is less than £125.00 but over £50.00 you will receive 23% commission. If you place another order in the same catalogue which cumulatively takes you over the £125.00 then you will be credited with the difference in commission from 23% to 30%.Step 2: Elite Consultant
If you want to stay as a Consultant and do not wish to build a team i.e. just enjoy selling, then you can become an "Elite Consultant". Your cumulative sales during the catalogue period must be £600.00. You will be credited with an additional 5% commission on your sales in the following catalogue.
Step 3: Senior Consultant
If you introduce 4 other people into your team (with our help) and together you achieve sales of £400 plus you will be promoted to a Senior Consultant. You will now receive 30% commission on any order value that you place, plus an extra 5% on your own sales. You will also receive an extra 5% commission on the order value of each of your team member's sales.
Step 4: Group Manager
Once your team grows to 10 including yourself, you will now be promoted to Group Manager. You and your team will now be required to achieve sales of £1000 per catalogue. You will now receive 9% commission on the order value of your direct recruits that you personally recruited and all other recruits you will receive 5% commission on their order value. You will also receive 10 free business cases worth £150 which you can sell to your new consultants.Step 5: District Manager
Once you have promoted out two Group Managers you will be promoted to District Manager and you and and your team will be expected to turnover sales of £4,000 plus. You can expect to be earning between £400 to £800 per month in commission from your team on top of your own personal commissions.Step 6: Regional Manager
Once you have promoted out two District Managers and you and your team(s) are turning over £11,000 per month in sales, you will be promoted to Regional Manager. To start with, you will typically be earning around £1,000 per month commissions on team sales. This figure however is based on the £11,000 you are turning over initially. As your team inevitably gets bigger and bigger very quickly, so too will the commissions you will be earning and this could grow from anything between £1,000 to £7,000 per month depending on you and your team.Learn more > Oriflame benefits
