1) How much is it to start up?
There is no start up fee at the moment,
but you can purchase a Business case at a cost of £15 and postage is £2.95 you will be invoiced and receive your business case once you are registered.
The business case is optional but strongly recommended.
If you have samples to show your customers,
then you are guaranteeing your sales.
2) What is in the Business Case?
Lipstick samples, perfume samples,
a selection of skin care and foundation sachets,
a full size Aloe Vera Moisturiser and hand cream,
order forms, business manual and everything you need to start your business.
3) How much are the catalogues?
Pack of 5 = £1.50, 10 = £2.50, 25 = £5.50,
50 = £9.50, 100 = £19.00 you can order catalogues on line or when you place your order by phone or post to Head Office.

4) Do I have to place an order every catalogue?
No, but your customers expect to see a new catalogue and if they know you are reliable they are more likely to buy regularly from you.
Also if you don't sell you don't earn money.
If you do not place an order for 12 consecutive months you will cease to be a consultant and will need to re register .
5) How much commission or discount will I receive?
If you place an order of £125 or over you will receive 30% commission.
On larger orders you can be paid 35% commission if you just want to stay as a Consultant.
Small orders of £50 up to £124 you will receive 23% commission.
6) Is there a minimum order?
No, however, you will not receive any commission or discount if you only place a single order for less than £50 and you will need to pay for delivery.
If you place orders with a total value of more than £50 during a single catalogue you will receive commission.
7) How much are the delivery costs?
from £2.25 order value £50 £3.95 order value up to £109 or £4.45 over £125.00.
Orders over £250 are free
8) How do I pay for my products that I have ordered?
Your invoice will be included in the box of products you receive by courier.
You can pay at your local bank using the Giro slip attached to the invoice.
Alternatively you can set up a direct debit and pay online, or you can ring Head Office and pay by credit or debit card or send a cheque or postal order in the post.
9) How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Approx. 5 to 7 days.
10) Will I get my own website?
Yes you get a FREE website which will be capable of receiving orders.
As part of the team you will also be able to promote through this website.
11) Will I get training on what to do and how to get started?
Yes you will receive ongoing training and support.
We will meet with you in your home or a specified meeting place of your choice for a "start-up" presentation.
We will then come and see you again three days later to see how you are getting on and offer any advice.
You will also receive regular phone calls to give you further help and support.
More visits are available if this is appropriate and you will always receive help when you ask for it.
If you are situated a long way away we can do a "start-up" via the telephone and once you are established we can arrange a meeting if you wish.
There are regular catalogue meetings and training events held throughout the country and you will be welcome and encouraged to attend any of them for further training.
